Hashtag ‘Boycott Tandav’ Trends on Twitter for Allegedly ‘Mocking’ Hindu Gods
Director Ali Abbas Zafar’s new net present Tandav has landed into controversy for allegedly offending Hindu non secular sentiments. A bit of Twitter has taken an offence over the present’s one specific scene whereby actor Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub performs a stage performer showing as Lord Shiva and is heard saying, “Azaadi, what the…?” They believed that the makers had been trying to “mock” and “goal” the Hindu deity, whilst they trended #BoycottTandav. Of late, Ayyub, the actor in query, has been subjected to immense on-line trolling for becoming a member of anti-CAA protests and standing by the protesting farmers in Delhi.
It’s a collection with Anti-Hindu propaganda. Insulting the hindu gods for their very own sake. IT NEEDS TO BE STOPPED.#BoycottTandav
