Rajasthan Govt Imposes Night Curfew in 8 Districts, Including Jaipur; Hikes Fine for Not Wearing Masks

In view of rising Covid-19 circumstances within the state, Rajasthan authorities on Saturday introduced to impose evening curfew from eight pm to six am in eight district headquarters together with Jaipur, Jodhpur, Kota, Bikaner, Udaipur, Ajmer, Alwar and Bhilwara.

Part 144 was imposed in all districts throughout the state from Saturday. The state authorities additionally elevated the penalty imposed for not carrying masks to Rs 500 from Rs 200 earlier.

Rajasthan reported 3,007 recent circumstances of the coronavirus on Saturday, the best in a single-day, and 16 deaths, based on an official report.
