vivo s1 prime: Vivo S1 Prime smartphone with quad-camera setup launched
NEW DELHI: Smartphone maker Vivo has launched its new S-series smartphone in Mayanmar. The company has launched the Vivo S1 Prime with a price tag of $285 (Rs 21,333). The smartphone comes in Jade Black and Nebula Blue colour options and is backed by a 4500mAh battery. The smartphone sports a quad-rear camera setup and a full HD+ display.
Vivo S1 Prime specifications
The Vivo S1 Prime comes with a 6.38-inch full HD+ display with 1080 x 2340 pixels resolution. The smartphone runs Android 9.0 Pie operating system topped with the company’s own FunTouch 9.2 on top. It is expected that the company might bring Android 10 update to the smartphone.
The smartphone is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 665G processor paired with 8GB of RAM. The device offers 128GB internal storage which can be expanded further by installing a microSD card.
Vivo S1 Prime features a quad-camera setup at the back placed in a diamond-shaped module. The rear camera consists of a 48MP main sensor with f/1.8 aperture, 8MP ultra-wide camera with f/2.2 aperture, 2MP macro lens with f/2.4 aperture, and 2MP depth sensor with f/2.4 aperture. The front is home to a 16MP selfie shooter with f/2.0 aperture.
The smartphone comes equipped with an in-display fingerprint sensor and is backed by a 4500mAh battery with 18W charging support.
Recently, Vivo launched the Y51s smartphone in China. The handset offers a 48MP triple camera system at the back and is powered by Samsung’s Exynos 880 processor. The smartphone is backed by a 4500mAh battery. Vivo Y51s packs 6GB RAM paired with 128GB internal storage and is priced in China at CNY 1,798.
